In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your Vitamin Recharge, Capilo, or e-line product, please contact us immediately. We are happy to exchange the product within 30 days of purchase with your order number. For the safety of our clients and staff, we, unfortunately, cannot accept any returns on open or used products.

If you wish to return your unopened and unused purchase for a refund there is a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling are not included in refunds or return shipping.
