SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping methods we offer are FedEx Ground, FedEx Express 2 days.

Please be advised our warehouse operates between the hours of 9:30 am-5:30 pm EST Monday-Friday. For same-day shipping, we recommend placing your orders before 4 pm EST. If selecting Express or Expedited shipping outside of these hours, please be aware your shipment will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

FedEx ground shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping address location. There may be further delays due to the carrier that are beyond our control.


FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

FedEx Ground is not an available shipping method for these states, and these orders will ship via USPS:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico

Please verify that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Eva Professional Haircare is not responsible for any address errors made during the checkout process that might result in delivery to the wrong address. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. If the order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address but we will do our very best to coordinate with the carrier on the change. If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer will need to contact the carrier directly.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not Eva Professional Haircare.

Eva Pro Hair offers free shipping on all orders over $50*, excluding tax.

*Please note that our free shipping over $50 policy does not apply to U.S. territories or International Orders.

TRACKING ORDERS

Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly be advised that this email is meant to confirm that Eva Professional has received and is reviewing your order. When your order is ready to ship, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with your order details and a tracking number that will lead you to your selected carrier site.

Please be advised that the title for the products in your order will be transferred to you once your credit card is processed and your order is approved. In addition, if you have not opted in for Route Protection, the liability for the products contained in the order is transferred to the carrier once Eva Professional packages and ships your parcel, and to you, once the shipment has been delivered to your respective address.

There is a 10-day timeframe in which to report a package as lost, stolen, or damaged. These 10-day parameters begin from the package date of delivery and need to be confirmed with customer service on the backend. These time parameters are set as we have a specific timeframe we must abide by in order to file a claim with the carrier. Once the window is passed, you must contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The international shipping methods we offer are FedEx Express, FedEx International Ground to Canada.

All International orders are subject to duties or (CEF) clearance entry fees, these fees may vary depending on the country the order is being shipped to.

PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES

Eva Professional does advise against having your order delivered to a parcel forwarding company, as we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We, unfortunately, cannot offer replacements or refunds for any reported missing, damaged, lost, or stolen items that have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company or service.

Kindly be advised that orders addressed to a parcel forwarding service are placed at your own risk.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Due to the high volume of shipments processed by Eva Professional, we are unable to change or edit existing orders. If your order has not left our fulfillment center, you are able to cancel it by giving us by emailing us at info@evaprohair.com or calling or texting us at Call us at 254-382-7764. We are available M-F 9:30-5 PM EST.

Please be advised that packages will not ship from our distribution center on any of the above-listed holidays.
