ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed, packed, and shipped with care.

Eva Professional reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We apologize, but currently, we are unable to ship orders to destinations outside of the United States and Canada.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The shipping methods we offer are FedEx and USPS.

We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. We do not ship on weekends.

If you place your order after the cutoff times (1 pm EST for USPS and 3 pm EST for FedEx), the order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

**Regarding Holidays

For the benefit of our valued fulfillment team, we observe weekends and the following US Holidays:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Please be advised that packages will not ship from our distribution center on any of the above listed holidays.
We do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada.
FedEx ground shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping address location.

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

FedEx is not an available shipping method for these states:

Alaska

Hawaii

Puerto Rico

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Priority shipping orders received before 1 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping charges are based on order totals
Eva Professional offers free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding tax.
If shipping to PO Boxes please select USPS as your shipping option. We thank you for your understanding.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

TRACKING ORDERS:

Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly be advised that this email is meant to confirm that Eva Professional has received and is reviewing your order. When your order is ready to ship, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with your order details and a tracking number that will lead you to your selected carrier site.

Please be advised that the title for the products in your order will be transferred to you once your credit card is processed and your order is approved. In addition, if you have not opted in for Route Protection, the liability for the products contained in the order is transferred to the carrier once Eva Professional packages and ships your parcel, and to you, once the shipment has been delivered to your respective address.

PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES:

Eva Professional does advise against having your order delivered to a parcel forwarding company, as we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We, unfortunately, cannot offer replacements or refunds for any reported missing, damaged, lost, or stolen items that have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company or service.

Kindly be advised that orders addressed to a parcel forwarding service are placed at your own risk.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Due to the high volume of shipments processed by Eva Professional, we are unable to change or edit existing orders. If your order has not left our fulfillment center, you are able to cancel it by giving us a call at 254-382-7764. Please DO NOT email or send a message for assistance canceling your order.
